The waitresses are super friendly, the homemade iced tea tastes really good and the food is okay too. What has to be clear to you that constant western music is playing can be a bit annoying in the long run, but is just a saloon - 5 stars!

Very tasty food, all employees are super friendly and very kind to children. The restaurant is built in western style and has a great atmosphere. We would like to come again!

Good food, friendly service, delicious homemade iced tea. Chicken run is also a nice special and can be recommended. The only drawback: Unfortunately, coming by spontaneously is not always possible due to the high occupancy of the restaurant.

It was very tasty, the service was attentive and extremely friendly. That was definitely not our last visit.

My first visit wasn't entirely convincing. But I went a second time and was taught a better one! The burgers are by far the best in the Heilbronn area, prices are good and the ambience is a little unique between large standard chains. I can only recommend it!

It was positive ... Service friendly and fast. Neutral .. Food was, well, so-so. Negative ... "have you made a reservation?" and then the condescending look and unfriendly manner as if a man should have known something. So .. how? We are not there every day. It doesn't say anywhere that you have to make a reservation and when we were there about 15 people came one by one who also didn't make a reservation ... And again and again this attitude as if you should have known. So please. Are we all clairvoyant now? And .. Man can communicate something like that in a friendly way without laughing arrogantly and with an inflated chest or is it really that difficult? A little hint. Please write it on your website that you should reserve it. Then save "the stupid customers" immediately.

The food is super tasty and looks great too. Service is helpful and nice. As for prices, it's actually in the lower price range. We'll definitely be back 😉

One star deducted because the person on the phone was unfriendly. And deduct the second star, if I want the meat to go through, it shouldn't bleed or bleed on the plate with every cut. Who would like that for me? But I don't and what does the waitress ask how I want my meat if it doesn't get what I want it to be. Otherwise everything was ok. I am negatively surprised. The usher was immediately unfriendly because I (and my companions (2)) came without a reservation and wanted a seat outside if possible. Even when we asked for an ashtray, we got flogged. I can't say much about the ambience, because I was only outside. The music was very loud at the beginning and you could only talk screaming, which got better towards later. The food was okay. Both in terms of price and taste. The only really good thing that prevented us from leaving right away was the ONE nice service. I know Corona makes it difficult for everyone and causes stress, but it still mustn't be that the waitress pranks you so much. It's actually a shame, but I'm not coming here any more.

I was with you for dinner tonight, the food was great as always. Only the staff should really work on themselves, especially the older man who was in service today. Totally rude. We really enjoyed coming to you but today we felt really uncomfortable. What a shame

If get that craving for bold American flavors and you are not going to do it yourself, this is the place!

Nice ambient and looks very popular in domestic area...but nothing special to say about the food, fried chicken even below expectations.

Its was a fun place, and not very expensive. Besides that the food was good, and very special, but with the country music and saloon enviroment fun for kids.

We had an awesome experience. The location has cowboys inside, perfect for kids and families. Is well organized with the cuisine and works perfectly. The food is tasty and delicious, I suggest to try the big milkshakes. If I have to find some cons: the menu need an update, a lot of missing pages and misleading text. And the weekends are full of people, really noisy. Easily adjustable things, I will come back for sure!

The best pub you can find in the area if Bad Rappenau, food tastes good and beers too, they are also cheap! For non alcohol drinkers they make very good milkshakes, iced teas and everything that can pass on your mind that you have tasted in USA. The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxing, staff is very polite and competent. Don't forget to make reservations because you maybe cannot find place to eat , but for a drink there is always place! Also you can try famous cocktails and you won't be disappointed!

As an American that's been living in Germany for quite a few years, sometimes you get homesick for the food back in the States, so I figured I'd give this place a try. Chili Cheese Fries? On point. Smaller portion, but still damn tasty. Ranch dressing needs some work. I think this was sour cream with some herbs. Try a buttermilk recipe, and your guests will be buying this by the liter! Sour cream is okay, but I was so ready for Ranch goodness. Country Fried Chicken Breast was perfect. This tasted exactly like how I missed it, it was just missing the country gravy! Lastly, the root beer. I asked the server and she said it was A&W, but the taste just seemed off. Like it was watered down too much, or not enough carbonation. May have been just a bad bottle or can, but I still bought a pitcher of it 😂 Will most likely be returning!

I liked it. They have a good selection of foods ranging from classic burgers to steaks. The atmosphere is also nice, with the waiters and waitresses dressed as cowboys an girl's respectively complete with gun holster and toy gun (this is Europe after all) There's also some nice ice teas to choose from and if you're in a drinking mood, some whiskeys and bourbon. Prices are reasonable and portions as big as you make them.
